Desert View Room

There is nothing more inspirational than the exquisite desert views from our meeting rooms. The Inn at Eagle Mountain will take care of everything you need to make your business retreat successful and productive.
Our Desert View Room, overlooking the 18th fairway of the Golf Club at Eagle Mountain in Scottsdale, accommodates up to 30 people theatre style, and can comfortably seat 35 for banquets.

Executive Board Room

VIP service is our specialty, and executive retreats can be prepared for an intimate group of 5-10 people in our Executive Board Room or Ocotillo Room, 10-30 people in our Desert View Room, or 30-150 in our Overlook Pavilion. The Overlook Pavilion is adjacent to the Inn overlooking the Eagle Mountain Golf Club, with sliding glass walls that provide breathtaking views of the Valley of the Sun.

The Pavilion Room

Elevate your next event to a higher level in the Overlook Pavilion at the Eagle Mountain Golf Club. The new climate controlled, multipurpose function space accommodates up to 150 guests. To capitalize on these views the Pavilion features sliding glass walls that provide breathtaking views of the Valley of the Sun.

Ocotillo Room

For smaller, more intimate meetings, our Ocotillo Room can accommodate up to 15 people in a boardroom or reception style setting.
